Cavendish Road

Set in the heart of Balham, we carried out a mansard loft conversion with an additional loft extension onto the outrigger adding over 600 SQFT of living space. This project also benefited from a full internal refurbishment adding 2 En-suite bedrooms, a master family bathroom and additional spare room on the first floor; the new added second floor now has an open plan kitchen living area finished with a lovely parquet floor, royal blue shaker style kitchen with German appliances with opulent roof light windows which let in ample light even on the gloomiest of days. The beautiful living area eloquently leads onto the new roof terrace which is great for those summer evenings. Our favourite part of this project would have to be the rooflights and terrace!
